juniper trees on the property. An additional
fee of $10.00 per person will apply for more than six (6) guests who
sleep on premises.
Excellent location for weddings,
birthday parties and similar gatherings. The indoor space can
accommodate 20 people comfortably. During summer and fall, the
deck can easily expand the guest list.
Local catering available
Penny our very friendly cat is
on the premises and has access to the home and outdoors. She is
self-sufficient. If you are allergic to cats, she can stay over at a
friend's home. We use separate bedding for our guests, so that
the environment is as neutral as possible.
We added a tipi on the property
in November 2009. This space is reserved for more ceremonial and
healing arts activities. Feel free to discuss with Kent the use
of this space. Please see tipi for more
information.
$225 first day / $400 for 2 days /
$575 for 3 days / $700 for 4 days / $825 for 5 days / $950 for 6
days and $1050 for the week. (must be paid by credit card in advance).
Longer stays-negotiable. 7.25% tax rate will be added to the
above listed rates.
You will be responsible for 100%
of this fee if bookings are canceled prior to 14 days of arrival.
If cancellation is 14 to 30 days before arrival date, you
are responsible for 50% of the fee, unless other booking
arrangements by InVision Wellness, LLC can be made on this 14 to
30 day short notice.
$50.00 cleaning deposit is
included in the listed prices above and within the drop down
menu below.
A $250.00 damage/reservation deposit to be
refunded within 7 days upon your departure, issued back to your through
Invision Wellness PayPal account or by check, depending upon
your preference.
Fees for massage/yoga/spiritual
practices/photography to be arranged per your needs.
A written confirmation/contract will
be emailed to interested parties upon booking prior to receipt
of any payment for rent of the property. The signed
confirmation/contract must be either emailed or faxed back to
InVision Wellness, LLC, along with receipt of the $250.00
damage/reservation deposit before the requested rental dates are
secured. As vacationers you need to trust me as much as I need
to trust you. I want you to be assured that the written/visual
descriptions truly depict the property, and in turn you are
choosing to be accountable.
